Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

1. Eligibility for Returns (Defective Delivery Only)

We accept returns only in cases of defective delivery, which include:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing product
  • Empty box
  • Duplicate product
  • Used product received
  • Incorrect/wrong product
  • Expired product

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Conditions for Return Acceptance

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (labels, tags, barcodes, freebies included)
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) must be available

Important Conditions

  • Free gift items must be returned along with the product
  • Combo packs must be returned in full (no partial returns allowed)

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used, altered, or tampered with
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Serial numbers/barcodes are tampered
  • Return request is raised after the 7-day window

4. Special Promotions

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotional campaigns may have different return/refund conditions.
  • These will be clearly mentioned in the respective offer details.

5. Packaging & Verification Requirements

  • All products are shipped with tamper-proof packaging
  • Customers are advised not to accept visibly damaged packages

Mandatory for Claims:

  • A clear unboxing video showing:
    • Outer packaging
    • Opening process
    • Product condition

⚠️ Claims without proper video evidence may not be processed


6. Refund Process

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 2–4 business days after product verification
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Actual credit time may vary based on bank/payment provider

Note:

  • No cash refunds will be provided

7. Missing / Damaged / Incorrect Items

To report an issue, email:

  • Product name and quantity
  • Images of received items and outer packaging
  • Invoice copy

Resolution:

  • Replacement will be processed within 5–6 working days after validation
